What’s Provided
One 8'x30" table covered with white linen and one chair for each paid exhibitor.
What’s Not Provided
Extension cords, internet access/phone lines, pipe and drape, and spot/task lighting are not provided by Cascadia/AIA.
Set-up and Breakdown Times
Set-up: Wednesday, April 25, 2007, from 1:00-4:00pm
Breakdown: Friday, April 27, 2007 from 4:00pm-7:00pm OR from 8:30pm-11:00pm
All tables must be completely dismantled and clear from the exhibit hall by 8:00 pm on Friday, April 27, 2007. A clean-up fee of $31.50/hour will be charged when required (at discretion of the venue).
The Fine Print
• Organizers of Living Future 07 have sole discretion as to the placement of the exhibit tables.
• No vendor parking will be available at the event. Vendors must use city parking. See Seattle Center Campus Map for the location of parking garages.
• The organizers of Living Future 07 are not responsible for the theft, loss or breakage of personal or exhibit materials.
• The organizers of Living Future 07 reserve the right to cancel this contract at any time by returning payment.
Assignment of Space
The organizers of Living Future reserve the right to assign table top locations.Questions?
