Green-Building Group Forms in Southern Oregon

"About 30 home builders, contractors, designers and other building professionals added steam to Southern Oregon's burgeoning green-building movement Wednesday when they met to discuss formation of a local group that would be linked to one of the nation's largest green-build organizations."

That meeting culminated in the formation of The Rogue Valley Branch, which meets on the first Thursday of each month giving members and potential members a place to network and learn about green building.   The Rogue Valley Branch facilitates a Solar and Green Home Tour as well as a local Green Home Show.  The Rogue Valley Branch intends to have a strong focus on education with presentations and workshops.
