July 10 - Tina Keller and Grace Pae
Sustainable Catering
The focus will be sustainable catering options for your office;
including waste prevention practices and the benefits of serving local
food. Tina Keller of SERA Architects will share how to successfully
implement a sustainable catering policy and Grace Pae of Artemis Foods
will define sustainable catering practices. Grace will also bring
samples from their menu, so it's ok to come hungry to this one!
Tina Keller is Manager of
Administrative Services at SERA Architects. In addition to her duties
overseeing the administrative functions and writing the contracts for
SERA, she is currently serving as the Chair of the firm's Sustainable
Action Committee. Tina recently helped implement SERA's participation
in the Commercial Composting program, aiding with several waste audits.
Classically trained chef and Artemis Foods owner Grace Pae has spent the last 7 years building a food and catering business that is as sustainable as possible.
