Developing and constructing a building is a large enough task without the added complexity of gauging and minimizing the buildings environmental impact, incorporating the best of green building practices and understanding the latest regulations and incentives regarding green building and energy efficiency. But understanding of these issues is critical in creating a successful project today.
The Eugene Branch of Cascadia is hosting a panel presentation insights regarding green building from the developer’s point of view. Presenters are Mark Miksis with Arlie and Company and Dean Pape with DEChase Development Services.
