High Efficiency Heating and Cooling Options presented by PGE - Hear industry experts discuss the latest in energy efficient heating and cooling options, such as heat pumps and furnaces, geothermal, and zonal. Learn the benefits of various technologies to choose the right HVAC option for your projects. Meet reps from PGE, NW Geo, Carrier, Jacobs Heating & Air Conditioning, Daikin, and Cadet.
Living Building Challenge - Imagine a beautiful building that generates all its own energy, captures and treats its own water, and operates efficiently. SERA Architects will bring this concept to life as Lisa Petterson presents the Living Building Challenge, an initiative that pursues true sustainability in the built environment.
Green Real Estate - Learn about trends and the current green real estate market from Joe Menashe, managing Principle Broker for The Hasson Company. Joe was recognized as the Managing Broker of the Year and is also an EA S.T.A.R. (Sustainability Training for Accredited Real Estate Professionals) Broker.
Countrywide and Bank of America - Learn about green home incentive programs and services available to homeowners and builders.
Mark LaLiberte - Mark teaches, consults, and speaks to over 7,000 builders, architects, and consumers each year. He will be presenting on energy efficient construction practices and system approaches to building.
Chris Dorsi - Chris has spent thirty years crafting the next generation of energy-efficient homes as both a home builder and real estate developer. He will present on his current book, The Homeowner’s Handbook to Energy Efficiency, which has become the standard text for green building workshops across the country.
