Over the past five years the green building market has increased signicantly. The McGraw-Hill Construction Analytics,
SmartMarket Trends Report 2008 states that “The value of green building construction will exceed $12 billion in 2008
and is projected to increase to $60 billion by 2010.” This market shift is also reected in the ten-fold increase in USGBC’s
membership and staggering number of LEED Accredited Professionals. Along with this growth, new specialized
market sectors have developed such as environmental consulting, environmental research positions and new technology
specialists. With such a signicant market shift, are we really ready? These panel discussions will explore these new
trends and highlight leaders in the professional and educational sectors who are paving the way.

September 11th, 7:00pm @ the Roundhouse Arts & Recreation Centre, 181 Roundhouse Mews, Multimedia Room
