Green Building 101: What You Need to Know to be Dangerous!

Presenters:

Ralph DiNola, Green Building Services

Kathleen O'Brien, O'Brien & Co.

Two nationally recognized green building consultants will provide the basics on green building, LEED, and rating systems you’ll run into as a Green Broker. In addition, they will present the benefits of green buildings in both the existing and new construction leasing sectors, from both an owner and tenant’s perspective. Finally they will facilitate a discussion of the informational needs you might have in order to tell a green building from a greenwashed one, as well as sell green building features intelligently.
