About the Presenters
Tom Page is a partner in the Real Estate & Development Law Group at Stoel Rives LLC. Tom has extensive experience representing landlords and tenants in office, retail and industrial leasing.
Nancy Searchfield is National Leader of Sustainability Services for Colliers Canada where she specializes in sustainability and green
buildings. Nancy was a team member in the lease of 620,000 sf to Royal Bank
of Canada as lead tenant in a new 1.375 Million sf, 43-story green office
skyscraper under construction in Downtown Toronto. Nancy also sits on the
Board of Directors of the Canada Green Building Council, where she also
sits on the June 2008 National Summit Steering Committee and the
Office/Bank Pilot Project committee. Nancy was the first commercial real
estate salesperson in Canada to receive the LEED® AP designation.
