About the Presenter

Christian Gunter is the Assistant Vice President, Responsible Property Investing (“RPI”) - an approach to real estate investment and management that considers the broader social and environmental ramifications of developing and owning properties beyond traditional investor and fiduciary goals. With a strong mix of real estate and public policy experience. Christian has held positions as a Financial Analyst on the Asset Management team and Disposition Associate while at Kennedy. During this time, he helped direct the disposition efforts of multiple operating office and industrial properties nationally. Prior to joining Kennedy, Mr. Gunter completed his MPA from the Daniel J. Evans School at the University of Washington where he focused his study in Real Estate, Economic, and Community Development through the Runstad Center for Real Estate Studies.
