Morning Yoga and Meditation
Instructor:
Alex Hutton, Yoga instructor and Green Building Specialist, Stantec Consulting
Our busy lifestyles mean we spend most of our time rushing around “doing” things and allow very little time to just “be”. Alex invites you to do something good for yourself by starting your day off with a relaxing and energizing Kundalini Yoga class.
What is Kundalini Yoga?
