Join regional sustainable building advocates for this important event.  It will be a day of creating strong relationships and amplifying our efforts for unparalleled success. Don’t miss this once in a decade opportunity!

Expect to increase your organization’s effectiveness by:
  • Learning who is working with you toward a sustainable built environment in Cascadia
  • Identifying the most critical needs and prime opportunities for change
  • Creating networks for collaboration
  • Shaping the future of the sustainable building movement and future phases of the Strategic Collaboration Initiative
Collaboration and coordination are critical strategies for advancing sustainable development principles across the Cascadia region. On October 6, 2006, you and nearly 200 other organizations throughout the region were invited to participate in a survey related to your green building/sustainable development activities. Nearly 100 of you responded! The Strategic Collaboration Summit: Toward a Greener Future is being formed around the information you provided. To view these survey results CLICK HERE.

An event like this has not happened since 1999 when 200 regional sustainable building leaders gathered in Seattle to create the Northwest Regional Sustainable Building Action Plan that sparked tremendous regional progress. It is time to renew our commitment of collaboration toward a sustainable future. We hope you can join us.

The Summit coincides with Cascadia’s first regionally focused green building conference: Living Future 07, a collaboration between the Cascadia Region Green Building Council and the AIA-Seattle.
