WA First State to Enact Green Building Legislation

The high performance green buildings bill has passed the Legislature! ESSB 5509 passed the House with broad bi-partisan support on a 78-19 vote today. The Governor is expected to sign the bill into law in the next week. Congratulations to everyone who worked so hard on this historic effort. Read the Bill.
